Another beginning

I suppose I'd been waiting for the right moment to launch another blog of Peter and my shenanigans, a really big event maybe, but then I realized I might as well just go ahead and do it anyway.

Right now I want to talk about our garden, such as it is. Later, the world! Maybe.

Right, so on the left are a bunch of wildflowers (er, mostly chives really) from the green roof outside my office. Then we have the basil that's been going gangbusters (what does that even mean anymore?) that Peter's mom gave me for the holidays; mint (organic!) that I bought at Farmers at the Firehouse; and little tiny mint, also from Peter's mom, that didn't grow for months but is now perhaps thinking about it. Which I am okay with. More mint equals more mojitos, amongst other things.

In the past couple weeks I've also gone to another TEDx conference (saw Mr. McFeely!), gone on a chocolate factory tour, and semi-failed at making spaghetti squash. Some pictures are up on Flickr. For now, enjoy a sunset:
