Backpost: photos from this weekend

Events of "heavy duty proportions" (as the Muppets might say) occurred in the past few days. In order of attachment:

1) First off, it's spring! Although it's kinda gross out today, there is evidence of so-called sun in Pittsburgh.

2) Which mysteriously means CMU Carnival, when the undergrads GO NUTS and do Buggy races (there is a person in there steering!).

3) And grad students willingly eat matzoh...which was weird, because we had real food at the potluck too!

4) But most importantly, the Tunnel of Bundt was tested (it's lemon pound cake with lemon curd/buttercream, for the curious). Very tasty, and kind of hilarious.

5) And there was a fireworks tree! (okay so not really, but we did watch them from the roof, so I had to layer them for effect since they were tiny hehe).

Whee! I may not be very good at getting work done, but I did have fun. =)
