As a gardening club member (as a result of taking organic gardening last spring), I'm partially responsible for some of the food gardens on campus. It's pretty exciting, and we're growing so many things! Here is a sampling:
Also, the farmer's markets have started up again and one vendor was selling farm-fresh chicken and duck (!) eggs. Peter and I decided to put them to a visual and taste test. Interestingly, though they all tasted pretty similar (the duck was gamiest, of course), the whites were fairly different.
